Our team will first attempt to resolve the issue and restore your service.

If we are unable to solve the issue, you will be eligible for a partial refund.

  1. Partial Refund Calculation

Refunds are calculated based on the unused days of your subscription.

Example: If you purchased a 30-day subscription and encountered an issue on the 20th day that we could not resolve, the refund will be calculated for the remaining 10 days.

The cost of the days already used will be deducted from the total amount you paid, and the balance will be refunded to you.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

If the subscription has expired.

If the problem is caused by your own device, internet connection, or misuse.

If you change your mind after purchasing a subscription without any valid issue.
